Electrifying Drayage Alliance 2030 Roadmap Los Angeles & Long Beach

This roadmap is intended to support voluntary collaboration across the Los Angeles–Long Beach drayage
ecosystem. It should be used by ports, terminals, cargo owners, logistics providers, carriers, charging providers, utilities, public agencies, and other stakeholders to:
• identify practical actions within their respective roles;
• align implementation efforts around a shared 2030 ambition;
• monitor progress through annual roadmap reviews; and
• inform updates and replication across future EDA port roadmaps.
