Carrypicker becomes one of the accredited partners of Smart Freight Centre

04 September 2019 - In July 2019 GreenRouter got accredited by SFC as a calculation tool that provides emissions calculations in conformance with the GLEC Framework.

In August 2019, Carrypicker achieved accreditation from SFC as a transport management system that provides emissions calculations in conformance with the GLEC Framework. Carrypicker is one of the first transport management systems to have received this accreditation from SFC.

Carrypicker is widely used by many multinationals. Many of these companies expressed interest in the use of the GLEC Framework; therefore Carrypicker wished to ensure the alignment of its AI based calculation tool with the GLEC Framework.

Based on discussions with SFC, Carrypicker made some adjustments by which it achieved alignment with the GLEC Framework.

With the completion of the accreditation process, SFC confirms that Carrypicker can provide calculations for heavy duty road freight transport and logistics operations that are in methodological conformance with the GLEC Framework © ®
